The NASA Web-Enabled Landsat Data (WELD) Alaska and Conterminous United States (CONUS) Version 1.5 data products will be decommissioned on December 2, 2019. The WELD weekly, monthly, seasonal, yearly, latitude/longitude, and land cover land use change products will no longer be distributed from NASA’s Earthdata Search, LP DAAC’s Data Pool, AppEEARS, or USGS EarthExplorer.
Users are encouraged to use the improved Global Web-Enabled Landsat Data (GWELD) Version 3.1 datasets and the USGS U.S. Landsat Analysis Ready Data (ARD) Level-2 Data Product as alternatives to the WELD datasets. Citations containing the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for the GWELD and Landsat ARD datasets are provided below.
