Version 0 Products Transitioned To USGS

In accordance with a Memorandum of Understanding entered into between the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), all Version 0 data sets have been transitioned from the NASA Land Processes Distributed Active Archive Center to the USGS.
