The ASTER Level 1 Precision Terrain Corrected Registered At-Sensor Radiance (AST_L1T) V003 data product is now available for visualization and download from the USGS Global Visualization Viewer (GloVis). In 2017, GloVis was redesigned to address changing internet technologies. The redesigned GloVis continues the spirit of the previous version by providing a simple, interactive method for locating and downloading remote sensing data. With easy-to-use navigation tools, users can quickly discover data, visualize full resolution browse, and download scenes from the global 18-year ASTER L1T archive. Users can easily filter search results by parameters such as Date Range and Cloud Cover as well as toggle between Daytime and Nighttime scenes.
In addition to the ASTER L1T data product, GloVis also provides access to the Landsat Level-1 Collection, Sentinel-2 data, and several other remote sensing data products relevant to the land processes user community.
Download of ASTER L1T data from GloVis requires both a NASA Earthdata Login account as well as USGS EROS Registration System (ERS) login credentials.
