Beginning September 14, 2015 registered Land Processes (LP) Distributed Active Archive Center (DAAC) users will receive an e-mail invitation from CFI Group on behalf of NASA to participate in a Web-based survey about the quality and utility of LP DAAC products and services. Please participate! Your feedback affects our future performance and helps us to identify scientific user needs. Completing the anonymous questionnaire takes approximately 20 minutes, and optional comment fields are provided to address user concerns.
The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) is the #1 national economic indicator of customer satisfaction. Over 70 U.S. Federal Government agencies have used the ACSI to measure more than 120 programs/services. The survey is being conducted by CFI Group under contract with the Department of Interior’s Federal Consulting Group, Executive Agent in government for the ACSI. Please consider responding to this survey; your input will help us to better serve you, as a part of our user community.
