LP DAAC announces the release of Terra MODIS Net Primary Production (NPP) products produced by the University of Montana’s Numerical Terradynamic Simulation Group (NTSG). This yearly global, 1-km collection (Shortname: MOD17A3) spanning 2000 –2010 is produced as version 055 to differentiate it from NASA’s version 004 products.
