In May 2022 the LP DAAC provided a 2-day workshop series called "Remote Sensing with LP DAAC: Data Assets and Cloud Processing" to the University of California - Davis, Berkeley, and Agriculture and Natural Resources schools. This is a recording of Day 1. Topics covered include: an introduction to the LP DAAC and data distributed by the LP DAAC; fire and agricultural data examples; a demonstration of the LP DAAC website; a demonstration of NASA's Earthdata Search; a presentation on tools and services from the LP DAAC; a demonstration of AppEEARS; and a demonstration of the Getting Started with the AρρEEARS API: Submitting and Downloading an Area Request tutorial.
