The Aqua and Terra MODIS Water Reservoir Monthly Global Version 6.1 data products have been reprocessed using an updated algorithm to address an error with the evaporation rate at a few reservoirs. The monthly water reservoir data products (MYD28C3 and MOD28C3) are available for download through the Data Pool and NASA’s Earthdata Search.
