ECOSTRESS Workshop Opportunity

By: LP DAAC

The ECOsystem Spaceborne Thermal Radiometer Experiment on Space Station (ECOSTRESS) will measure the temperature of plants and use that information to better understand how much water plants need and how they respond to stress.

The ECOSTRESS Science Team and the LP DAAC will be hosting a joint ECOSTRESS Workshop on Thursday, March 21 from 8 am to 5 pm at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, CA. The workshop will be split into two sessions, including an overview and status of ECOSTRESS Mission, Science, and Applications in the morning session, and a hands-on workshop on how to access, process, and analyze ECOSTRESS data in the afternoon session. The meeting and workshop are available at no cost to the participants.

If you are interested in attending the workshop, additional information and registration can be found at: https://ecostress.jpl.nasa.gov/events-orig/190320-ecostress-team-meeting-and-workshop.
