The Land Processes Distributed Active Archive Center (LP DAAC) has released the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS) Pixel Quality Filter (PQF) service. The PQF service generates data masks by utilizing the QA information within the HDF file of any MODIS Surface Reflectance 8-Day L3 Global 500M(MOD09A1) data product.
The PQF service only applies to the MOD09A1 data product at this time. Future plans are to make this service available for additional MODIS products.
The PQF service is available through the EOSDIS Service Interface (ESI) option, which is located in the shopping cart of the NASA Reverb.
